Wet Granulation
Shunzhi wet granulator machines include rotary drum granulator, new type organic fertilizer granulator, disc granulator, rotary drum churning granulating machines, which are suitable to handle the materials with water content in the range of 20%-40%. And the new type organic fertilizer granulator is especially designed for organic materials fermentation with 25%-35% water content.
The principle is to turn the powder, through the combined action of water and mechanical force, into pellets.
Dry Granulation
Shunzhi dry fertilizer equipment include double roller extrusion granulator machines, flat die granulator and double die granulating machines. These three dry granulators require that the water content of raw materials should be below 10%.
The principle is to press the powder, through the extruding force, into granules.
Compared with wet fertilizer granulator machines, dry granulating plant costs less. Since the raw material before granulating is low in water moisture, the finished pellets won’t be dried again.
